ヘッダ <ctype.h> で定義
int isupper( int ch );

現在のCロケールに従って、指定された文字が大文字かどうかをチェックします。デフォルトの「C」ロケールでは、isupper は大文字 (ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ) の場合にのみ true を返します。

isupper が true を返した場合、同じCロケールで同じ文字に対して iscntrl、isdigit、ispunct、および isspace が false を返すことが保証されます。

ch の値が unsigned char として表現できず、かつ EOF と等しくない場合、動作は未定義です。
