ヘッダ <ctype.h> で定義
int islower( int ch );

現在のCロケールで、与えられた文字が小文字として分類されるかどうかをチェックします。デフォルトの "C" ロケールでは、islower は小文字（abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz）のみを返します。

islower が true を返す場合、同じCロケールで同じ文字に対して、iscntrl、isdigit、ispunct、および isspace が false を返すことが保証されます。

ch の値が unsigned char として表現できず、かつ EOF と等しくない場合、動作は未定義です。

文字が小文字の場合、ゼロ以外の値を返します。それ以外の場合はゼロを返します。
