与えられたワイド文字が空白文字（スペース (0x20)、フォームフィード (0x0c)、ラインフィード (0x0a)、キャリッジリターン (0x0d)、水平タブ (0x09)、垂直タブ (0x0b) または現在のロケールに固有の空白文字）であるかどうかをチェックします。

注釈

ISO 30112 は、POSIXスペース文字をUnicode文字U+0009..U+000D、U+0020、U+1680、U+180E、U+2000..U+2006、U+2008..U+200A、U+2028、U+2029、U+205F、およびU+3000と定義しています。
